Abstract:With the continuous improvement of quality of life,making all kinds for business,communications and entertainment handheld electronic devices more and more people of all ages,for the broadcasting system industry,it can provide people with a more convenient way watch TV channels.However,the relevant departments will be faced with new challenges,there are many technical and market problems need to solve.In this paper,by exploring many of the current set of international standards such as DVB-H,OMA and other mobile TV signal tranission specifications and related design situation.
