循证护理在老年骨质疏松症患者健康教育中应用体会

[摘要] 目的 探究循证护理理念应用于老年骨质疏松症(OP)患者健康生活教育的效果。 策略 选择2010年2月~2012年10月浙江省丽循证护理在老年骨质疏松症患者健康教育中的应用体会论文资料由论文网www.udooo.com提供,转载请保留地址.水市中心医院收治的老年OP患者90例为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各45例。对照组给予传统的系统教育,观察组给予循证健康教育,对比分析两组患者OP知识、健康信念、自我效能评分。 结果 两组患者入院时各项评分比较差异无统计学作用(P > 0.05)。健康教育后两,组患者OP知识评分均明显提高,观察组阶段和终末评分均明显高于对照组[(15.86±2.67)、(19.65±4.28)分比 (13.68±2.85)、(15.48±3.27)分],差异均有统计学作用(均P < 0.05);健康教育后两组患者健康信念评分均明显提高,观察组阶段和终末评分健康信念终末评分均高于对照组[(156.75±23.72)、(173.58±24.21)分比(146.57±16.89)、(159.68±18.56)分],差异均有统计学意义(均P < 0.05);健康教育后,两组患者自我效能评分也明显提高,观察组阶段和终末评分均明显高于对照组[(72.65±18.68)、(84.86±20.38)分比(62.78±15.26)、(72.86±16.12)],差异均有统计学意义(均P < 0.05)。 结论 循证护理应用于临床老年OP老年患者的健康教育中效果满意,能极大程度提高其对OP的认识,提升健康信念和自我效能,改善其生活质量,值得在临床实践中广泛的推广和应用。

Application experience of evidence-based nursing in life education of elderly patients with osteoporosis

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing philosophy applied in healthy life education of elderly patients with osteoporosis (OP). Methods 90 elderly patients with OP admitted in Central Hospital of Lishui City from February 2010 to October 2012 were selected as study subjects, and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 45 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given the traditional systematic education, while patients in the observation group were given evidence-based health education, the OP knowledge, health beliefs and self-efficacy scores of patients in two groups were compared. Results The scores on admission of two groups were found had no statistically significant differences (P > 0.05); OP knowledge of patients significantly increased after health education, both the stage and final scores of observation group [(15.86±2.67), (19.65±4.28) scores] were higher than those of control group [(13.68±2.85), (15.48±3.27) scores], the differences of two were statistically significant (all P < 0.05); the health faith score of patients significantly increased after health education, both the stage and final scores of observation group [(156.75±23.72), (173.58±24.21) scores] were higher than those of control group [(146.57±16.89), (159.68±18.56) scores], the differences of two were statistically significant (all P < 0.05); the self-efficacy scores of patients significantly increased after health education, both the stage and final scores of observation group [(72.65±18.68), (84.86±20.38) scores] were higher than those of control group [(62.78±15.26), (72.86±16.12) scores], the differences of two were statistically significant (all P < 0.05).
