本站原创【摘 要】地方院校因其独特的地域性,在办学规模、师资力量、培养模式上都有其特殊性,地方院校的法学教育仍然要接受司法考试的检验。地方院校的法学教育应从培养、教学方式和师资队伍建设上改革,以期能培养出适应社会需求的法学专业人才。

【Abstract】The local colleges and universities because of its unique localization, in the scale of study programs, the teachers strength, the raise pattern had its particularity, the place colleges and universities legal science education must accept the judicial test the examination. The local colleges’ and universities’ legal science education should from the raise goal, the teaching way and in the teachers troop construction carries on the reform, can raise the adaptation society demand by the time the legal science professional.
