On Solution of the Disputed Cases with Legal Methodology in Procuratorial Committee

Abstract:The essence of disputed cases is subject value judgment conflict when the norms correspond to the facts. The solution should be applied with different type of combined argumentation and tested by internal and external justification. The procuratorial committee should solute the disputed cases through complex argumentation and emphasis interest measurement. The basic point of interest measurement should position itself on settling confliction and establishing a harmonious and stable society.
