Abstract：As a new enonomy form, building economy is becoming new economy increasing point. Currently the research and evaluation on the building bconomy are both based on Economics and Geography. The article analyses and disscusses the effect on the building economy from City planning. The sugession is also advised to guide building economic space develop rationally.
